Barcode Lab is a test utility. Generated data is fictional and intended only for validation workflows.

Summary

No account is required to use the app.
No in-app analytics or advertising SDKs are required for core functionality.
Barcode generation and decoding workflows run locally on your device.
If you contact support, we receive your email and message content.

Data handling

Barcode payloads entered, scanned, generated, or adjusted in the app are intended for local testing workflows. Barcode Lab does not require those payloads to be uploaded to a user account.

Some device-level temporary files can exist during normal app operation (for example, exports requested by you).

Camera permission

Camera access is used only when you choose scanning features. You can disable camera permission in iOS settings at any time.

Support communications

If you email support@barcodelab.app, we receive your email address and message contents to respond to your request and improve product quality.

Retention

Support emails are retained only as needed for support operations, defect tracking, and product improvement.
